	Jimmie L. Dickerson, CEO AdCast Charlotte
		Mr. Dickerson is the leader of the Charlotte Adcast Affiliate organization. He has over 25 years experience working in the Insurance and Information Technology fields. Mr. Dickerson has worked for various insurance companies in their underwriting departments: St; Paul’s Insurance Companies, Cigna, and Liberty Mutual Insurance. In the Information Technology field he has worked for the following companies in the Quality Control areas: Policy Management Systems Corporation, DSTi, and TIAA-Cref. Mr. Dickerson also holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Virginia Tech where he majored in Finance and Insurance.

	Paul Holmes, Consultant: Sales Management, AdCast Charlotte
		Paul Holmes, a native of Chicago, obtained his BA from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. After teaching high school history in the Chicago public schools for six years, he began his career in business through Personnel assignments with Allstate Insurance Co., Zenith Radio Corp., Sears Roebuck, and Family Dollar. After 22 years as HR Director for Radiator Specialty Co. in Charlotte, NC, Paul’s entrepreneurial spirit took full emergence, and now, as Founder/CEO of The Expertise Group (TEG), Paul provides a variety of HR functions for primarily small businesses/organizations, including supervisory developing training, writing and/or revising company policies/procedures or employee handbooks, diversity training, and and/or upgrading employment processing. TEG also provides individuals with counsel and management on career development strategies and procedures. Paul recruits and trains new reps/consultants and works closely with others across the country to assist with building their own independent organizations through participation in local, regional, national and international training events.

	Gerri Cummings, MPA – Sales Manager AdCast Charlotte
		Gerri Cummings obtained a business degree from Howard University and a masters Degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has 20+ years experience as a human resource professional with Blue Cross and Blue Shield, 7 Eleven, staff development and training manager (UNCC) and customer relations management AAA and OnStar. Former proprietor of Askew & Winthrop Associates which specialized in customer centric training and retention. Current endeavors include event planning and coordinating programs and services for a wide variety of clients. Ms. Cummings interest in facilitating partnerships for mutual benefit provides an added-value to business marketing and the AdCast Charlotte methodology.

	H. Jerome Love, Chief Executive Officer, AdCast Inc.
		Jerome Love is CEO and a Co-Founder of AdCast. Mr. Love is successfully leveraging 20 years of sales, management, and engineering experiences in guiding AdCast as a provider of message delivery solutions. He began his career at IBM and successfully completed stints at several other industry leading companies. His career accomplishments involved a number of assignments throughout the US, Canada, Japan, Turkey, Germany, India, and Taiwan. Mr. Love distinguished himself with each of his former employers as a contributor of more than $30 million in product and service sales. Mr. Love holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University.

	Anthony E. Fairfax, Managing Director, The AdCast Network
		Anthony E. Fairfax is Co-Founder of AdCast and Managing Director of The AdCast Network. Mr. Fairfax began his career working as a Hardware Engineer for Teledyne and later for EER Systems. Mr. Fairfax has managed and owned several businesses, including: MediaChannel LLC (formally MediaChannel Corp.), the developer of mediachannel.com - The Guide to Internet Video; and his demographic consulting business (providing expert technical support to several national organizations). He has published three books, The Democratic Trend Phenomenon (2008) A Step-by-Step Guide to Using Census 2000 Data (2004) and The Democratic Trend Phenomena (2005). Fairfax holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
